This document applies to all employees, collaborators, service providers, subcontractors, and any other professionals acting on behalf of the company.

Company Policies

2. Workplace Safety Policy

Employee safety is a top priority for the company. All employees, subcontractors, and service providers must strictly adhere to applicable workplace safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required. Any identified risk must be immediately reported to the responsible manager and the Human Resources department.

3. Acceptable Use of Technology Policy

Company technological resources must be used responsibly, ethically, and exclusively for professional purposes. Personal use of corporate devices and networks must be strictly limited and must not interfere with work activities.

4. Remote Work Policy

The guidelines for remote work are established to ensure clarity in the company’s expectations and those of employees, maintaining productivity and effective communication. All employees, subcontractors, and service providers working remotely must comply with the requirements and regulations outlined in this policy.

Code of Conduct

1. Integrity and Ethics

All employees, service providers, and subcontractors must act with honesty and transparency in all business interactions. Any dishonest or misleading practices will be considered a serious violation and will be subject to disciplinary action.

2. Respect and Collaboration

Mutual respect and dignity in the workplace are fundamental values. Teamwork and open communication are encouraged to promote a harmonious and productive environment.

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All confidential company, client, and colleague information must be handled with strict confidentiality, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as applicable. Any breach of sensitive information may result in disciplinary sanctions and legal action.

4. Conflicts of Interest

Employees, service providers, and subcontractors must avoid situations where personal interests may conflict with the company’s interests. Any potential conflict of interest must be immediately reported to the manager and the Human Resources department.

Remote Work Policy

1. Objective

This policy aims to establish clear guidelines for remote work, ensuring that all employees, service providers, and subcontractors understand their responsibilities and the company’s expectations. Remote work seeks to provide flexibility and a balance between professional and personal life without compromising productivity and corporate communication quality.

2. Eligibility

Remote work will be authorized for employees, service providers, and subcontractors who:

  • Demonstrate satisfactory performance in their roles;

  • Have tasks compatible with remote work;

  • Have a formal agreement signed with the company and their manager.

3. Remote Work Requirements

3.1 Formal Agreement

All employees, service providers, and subcontractors engaging in remote work must sign a commitment agreement detailing the frequency and working hours. The document will be filed by the Human Resources department.

7. Rights and Responsibilities

This policy does not alter employee rights and benefits as stipulated in the employment contract. All employees, service providers, and subcontractors, even when working remotely, must fully comply with the company’s internal policies.
